Jobs Coming Together for the Burmese
Last Monday, August 18, Pastor Rick, Biak, and I visited several Burmese homes. At this home on Ardale, we specifically prayed for jobs for Thomas and Van Lian (pictured in the middle). As of this weekend we can praise God together that they both have started to work. In fact 5 Burmese started working at a manufacturing company in Winston-Salem. One of them is a driver so they can commute together. Others have also started work or gotten full time jobs in the last few days. Biak is seeking a job utilizing his translation skills at the hospital. He used to translate for the United Nations.
