The Bleh Thoo family has moved.

About a year ago the Bleh Thoo family moved here from Lumberton for mourning and safety after their oldest son was murdered in their doorway down there.  Our Karen congregation put their arms around them and loved them through a time of difficulty and loss.  Now that some of the family have gotten settled into jobs at Tysons in Wilkesboro the family is making another move to be closer to work.  They do plan to return and visit as much as possible.  Ask Klo Say for their new contact information.

I was talking to Sitt Lin Heh about how so many of our families have arrived here and then moved on.   We have people who worshipped in our congregations now living in NY, VT, IA, OH, KY, MN, TX, OK, WV and MD.   He helped me to cast a bigger vision of how we can minister to arrivals, teach them to be evangelists and send them out as missionaries wherever they might move throughout the United States and even the world.

About johnmcmurphy

Jesus is first and foremost in my life. He is above all religions, principalities and powers. In everything He must increase and I must decrease. Into the hands of Jesus, God has placed life and death, truth and purity. strength and meaning. Only in a growing understanding of the triune God, and his son Jesus can I do, breathe, exist and serve. I have a Bachelor's degree in Bible from Vennard College, a Master's in Social Science from Azusa Pacific University and a Ph. D. from Ohio State in Family Relations and Human Development. I am an ordained pastor involved in cross-cultural ministry. I am currently employed at several colleges as an instructor. If you need to get in touch with me, just leave a comment, I screen all comments and so you can leave further contact information which I will erase before it is published. -John
